What if I have a design in mind that I don't see on your website?

Where can I find your designs and fonts?

You can head to the Customization tab or always check out @thestitchingseed on Instagram to see the variety of designs and fonts I have!

 

Can I choose any thread color for a design?

YES! I want to make this item perfect and tailored to what your vision is! Please reach out if you would like to use a different thread color than what may be posted.

 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Because embroidery is personalized, all sales are final. If you need to cancel your order, please contact immediately! If your item has not been embroidered yet, you may be subject to a 50% refund.

 

When can I expect my item?

Turn-around-time is estimated 3-4 weeks, but the announcement banner on the home page will always be updated with what is current.

 

What if I need my item sooner than your current tat?

You will need to add the Rush Fee "item" to your cart, and contact me using the Contact tab after placing your order with your time frame so that I can confirm your item can be done by the date you need it. If I will not be able to complete your item(s) by said date, you will receive an email cancellation and refund. There is a $15 rush fee for all rushed orders.
