Due to the customization of embroidered items, all sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out immediately. If your item(s) has not yet been embroidered, you may be subject to a refund in the form of store credit. I am human! If your item arrives damaged or has the wrong thread color/misspelled name, please reach out within 3 days of the delivery date.
