Shipping policy

All orders over $250 will receive free shipping. This must be a single order and not an order that has been added to. If you need an item(s) rushed, please ensure you have the Rush Fee "item" added to your cart and your order will be shipped out as soon as possible. The Stitching Seed Embroidery Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will work with you and USPS/UPS on recovering the lost package. Customer must file and handle claim. No refund can be given until The Stitching Seed Embroidery Company is refunded by USPS/UPS.
